The federal Airports Authority of Nigeria FAAN has apologized to air passengers over a temporary power outage which occurred at the murtala Muhammad International Airport lagos on Thursday night.
FAAN in a release by its Acting General manager corporate affairs faithful Hope-Ivbaze say the outage was as a result of heay rain on Thursday that came with very fierced winds and storms.
This the statement disclosed affected one of the feeders, and consequently resulted in the temporary disruption of power at the D wing of the airport
Engineers were said to have quickly discovered the fault and liased with the Ejigbo duty area control office of the power holding company of Nigeria and together resolved the problem. Normalcy has since been restored to the affected area
