The wind of sack continues today in Agencies under the ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development as all directors in the various Agencies have been relieved of their position.
Media Assistant to the minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development Odutayo Oluseyi in a statement say the directors affected are those of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria FAAN, Nigeria Meteorological Agency NIMET, Nigeria Airspace Management Agency NAMA, Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority NCAA and the Nigeria Safety and Investigation Bureau NSIB.
The directors have been directed to handover to the most senior officer in their various directorate with immediate effect
All the affected directors have also been charged to ensure strict compliance with the Directive
Agencies’ Board Secretaries and legal Advisers are not affected by the Directive
You will recall that on Wednesday President Bola Tinubu approved the sack of all Heads of the Aviation industry following recent incidents and confusion in landing within Nigeria’s Aviation industry
