The federal Airports Authority of Nigeria FAAN says it will shut down power supply temporarily at the Terminal Two of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport Lagos on Saturday morning 16th November 2024.

FAAN in a release by its spokesperson Obiageli Orah said the shut down will be between 0100hrs and 0430hrs on Saturday and it is for the replacement of Bus Riser 11KVA high tension panel

The proposed electrical power supply maintenance shutdown will be carried out with minimal disruption to flight operations and passenger facilitation.

According to FAAN, Royal Air Maroc which operates within the maintenance shutdown hour will be relocated for check-in and arrival formalities to International Terminal one.

The Agency stressed that Airlines, security Agencies and Concessioners will be notified as it regrets any inconveniences the shut down will cause stakeholders and passengers
