Air travellers are now expected to arrive the airport 1hour thirty minutes before their flights as against the three hours earlier disclosed when domestic flight operations resumed on july 8th 2020 after the shut down of the nation’s Airspace in March as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Minister of aviation Hadi Sirika who disclosed this on his Twitter handle stated “My colleagues & I have reviewed passenger facilitation at our airports, consequently I am happy to announce that, henceforth travelers are to arrive one hour and half before departure time for domestic flights ”

Domestic flight operations have resumed in some key airports in the country with the guidelines and protocols from the Nigerian centre for disease control NCDC and the federal airports authority of Nigeria FAAN in place being observed
