As part of its ongoing commitment to social impact and child-centered advocacy, West Africa’s leading airline, Air Peace Limited, proudly sponsored and attended the Parkland Amusement Center Children’s Fiesta and Raising Stars.

This Ability 4.0 in celebration of Children’s Day 2025, were centered on a shared goal: honoring children and creating inclusive spaces where every child’s voice is heard and valued.

The event, held at Parkland Amusement Park, Lagos, brought together children from diverse backgrounds in a celebration of unity and happiness filled with fun activities, games, and refreshments.

Air Peace sponsored 40 children to attend the event, ensuring they experienced the joy and excitement of the day, alongside prominent brands like Chocolate City, Mavin Records, Ryno Auto, and others, the Airline stood out for its commitment to celebrating the voices and dreams of Nigerian children.

Simultaneously, Air Peace also lent its support to Raising Stars, as the Ability 4.0, an annual advocacy event held at The Darlington Hall, Ilupeju, Lagos, was designed to spotlight and celebrate the abilities of children living with disabilities.

With the powerful theme “Empowering Every Voice,” the event focused on inclusion, awareness, and empowerment, the Ability 4.0 featured an art exhibition session showcasing the creativity of children with disabilities, a talent competition including fashion, music, and visual arts showcase, a dance competition involving inclusive schools, and seminars for parents, advocates, and tutors of children living with disabilities, as well as financial grants to support youth-led SMEs and young adults with disabilities.

Prominent dignitaries such as Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Mobolaji Ogunlende, and actress Juliana Olayode were in attendance, alongside high-standing brands including the Aliko Dangote Foundation, MILO, BIC Nigeria, IHS, NNPC, Supreme Foods, and Maltina.

Air Peace’s presence was not only symbolic but deeply impactful as the airline presented a cash prize to the winner of the talent showcase, recognizing excellence and creativity among children with special needs.

Speaking at both events, Air Peace’s Head of Marketing, Ikenna Nnabuife, delivered a goodwill message, reaffirming the company’s commitment to inclusion, equity, and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to soar.

Nnabuife, emphasized the airline’s unwavering dedication to child-centered initiatives.

Also, the Chairman of Air Peace Limited, Allen Ifechukwu Onyema, who did not attend the events physically, shared a heartfelt message on the airline’s decision to prioritize the CSR initiative during Children’s Day.

The brand’s presence at both events reflects its deep-rooted values of compassion, social responsibility, and nation-building. By celebrating all children, including those with unique challenges, the airline continues to model a future where inclusion is not just a buzzword but a lived reality.
